Steve is an experienced and professional Project Director with expertise in delivering high standard projects from concept to completion gained from his 44 years’ industry experience.
In 2018 Steve with his ex-partner launched the company Green Build (London) Ltd in London.

Steve prides himself on his continued passion for the industry and delivering first class spaces to the end users. His exceptional honest and approachable management style with his Clients has resulted in many maintained relationships an continued projects.

Key Clients include News UK, OMERS, Royal Academy of Music, Fidelis, PXG, Heidrick & Struggles, MasterCard to name a few.

Joe Garner

Senior Commercial Manager

Qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 2012, Joe has delivered projects from £50k to £22million across CAT A, CAT B and heavy refurbishment projects throughout London.

Joe has a passion for unlocking projects during the pre-construction phase, understanding the clients’ needs and goals.

Key Clients include Candy & Candy, Chiltern St Firehouse, GAM, Amazon. News Corp and the Royal Academy of Music.

Steve Hawkins

Senior Project Manager

Steve has over 30 years of experience in Construction, from Project/Site Management through to having worked on the tools. Steve has a critical eye for quality on a project, particularly in finishes.

Key Clients include Trip Advisor, Brookfield, City University and The Financial Times.

Alex Moorcroft

Project Manager

Starting his career over 25years as a carpenter, Alex has gained extensive experience across Commercial and Residential projects in the UK and abroad as well as shopfitting for major brands and Property Development.

Now a Project Manager, he has hands-on expertise and leadership skills to deliver complex projects with precision and a client-focused approach.

Key Clients include Nike, Next, and Vidal Sassoon in London.

Rob Granville

Project Supervisor

With a background in carpentry and joinery, Working on shop fitting and commercial renovations. With an extensive range of works on residential properties including extensions and conversions. I have over 25years of buying and renovating residential properties.

Now a Project Supervisor I enjoy working alongside various trades and clients. To deliver high end projects to an excellent standard.

Vicki Swaine

H&S Advisor

Vicki is a Chartered member of IOSH and has worked in Health & Safety for over 20 years. Since the introduction of the CDM Regulations Vicki has supported Green Build to ensure they are ahead of the game.

Samantha Gibb

Director/Project Administrator

Sam has over 17yrs experience as a Project Administrator in the industry. She has extensive knowledge of Document Control and the responsibility of the accurate management of the documentation generated by the Professional Team, Design Team & Supply Chain.
